PCP Air Compressor, 30MPa/4500psi Compressor 12V DC With Power Adapter, Manual Stop, No Oil/Water Required Suitable for Paintball, Airsoft Gun, Scuba Cylinder Compressor

DESCRIPTION

1.This machine adopts piston ring with automatic friction compensationfunction, and there is a short preheating process for each work, and thesealing capacity can be restored. The pressure measuring plug attached tothe machine can be used to block the air outlet of the high-pressure hosefor each start of work, and a pressure test of 1-25Mpa can be carried out, namely the machine can be preheated quickly and the possible abnormalwork of the machine can be found at the first time.

2.If any abnormal situation is found, shut down the compressor and loosen the pressure relief valve immediately. It is recommended to normally use the maximum safety index below 30Mpa and prolong the service life of the compressor.

3.It is normal that the working temperature of this machine will rise at the beginning. It is necessary to pay attention to the continuous filling time with less than 15 mins, so as to avoid the damage of motors and parts caused by long-term load work. Have to rest for 10 mins before restart the filling. When the working temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the compressor function must be switched off and the cooling fan is left running. Restart the compressor function after it is cooled down.

4.The maximum charging pressure of this machine is 4500psi. Overpressure will cause the mechanical life to drop sharply. This machine has an overpressure protection. The bursting disc will automatically blast when the air pressure reaches about 33M pa.Considering all, it is recommended that the inflation pressure is below 30M pa.

5.This upgraded compressor is equipped with a large side cooling fan, which can greatly improve heat dissipation. No need to add oil or water. After connecting the power, the cooling fan will run on its own to avoid the wrong operation of not turning on the fan. After filling, please keep the cooling fan running until the temperature is below 50 degrees Celsius.

6.Tighten the bleed valve before inflating and loosen in time after inflating fully to release the high-pressure air in the air line, then disconnect your air gun or tank. Forced disassembly will damage the female FOSTER.TIP: When the air pressure can not reach high pressure or the inflation becomes very slow, please check whether the bleed valve has been tightened first.
