These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using sdkehuitech.com and purchasing Sdkehui equipment. Read them together with the product information and the shipping, returns and privacy policies made available before you order.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal seller identified above. “You” refers to the person or organisation using the store or placing an order. No provision removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

02Accounts & placing an order

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If ordering for a business, you must be authorised to act for it. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep any account credentials secure.

Before submitting an order, check the model, quantity, voltage, plug type, capacity and delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or specification error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, amounts paid for the unfulfilled goods will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

03Prices & payment

Review the selected currency, item price, discounts and applicable charges before paying. Use only payment methods offered through the store or separately confirmed in writing for your order, and only payment details you are authorised to use.

Shipping charges and customs arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy. A price change for future orders does not, by itself, change the agreed price of an existing purchase. Promotion conditions should be reviewed before applying an offer.

For a business quotation, check its currency, validity period, quantities, payment schedule and delivery scope. Do not assume that a quotation includes installation, training or unloading unless those services are expressly included.

04Equipment specifications & use

Select equipment based on its stated specifications and intended application. Product photographs may show accessories or example uses; check the product description for the items included in your purchase. This does not reduce our responsibility to supply goods that match their description.

Read the model-specific operating instructions before installation or use. Check the electrical supply and material compatibility, and follow the instructions for cleaning solutions, liquid levels, ventilation and safe handling.

Do not assume that an ultrasonic cleaner is suitable for every material, liquid or regulated application. Contact support if suitability is unclear. If equipment appears damaged or unsafe, stop using it and seek assistance.

05Delivery, returns & support

Read the Shipping Policy for destinations, dispatch arrangements, estimates, shipping costs and customs handling. Contact us before ordering if your delivery has a fixed project deadline or special access requirements.

For cancellation, voluntary returns, service fees and refunds, see our Returns & Refund Policy. Those terms do not override mandatory consumer remedies.

Report a damaged, incorrect or faulty item to support with your order number and product details. Any commercial warranty is separate from rights provided by law; the applicable warranty, if offered, should be identified in the product or order documentation.

06Business & custom orders

For bulk, commercial or specification-based purchases, agree the model, quantities, technical requirements, delivery scope and any additional services in writing before ordering.

Any separately agreed business terms must be clear before acceptance. Consumer cancellation rights do not automatically apply to a purchase made for business purposes. Whether a buyer qualifies as a consumer depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

No custom manufacturing, installation service or commercial credit arrangement is implied solely by an enquiry or by the appearance of a product on this website.

07Responsible website use

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful transactions, impersonation, unauthorised access or distribution of harmful code. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer’s account or information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or a legal requirement. Any restriction must be proportionate and does not remove rights relating to an existing order.

Website text, imagery, branding and other protected content belong to their respective owners. You may use product information for evaluating and operating your purchase; other copying or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.

When contacting support, share the information needed to identify and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.

09Responsibility & your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumer rights concerning product quality, description, delivery and remedies remain applicable where provided by law. These terms do not impose a blanket “as is” disclaimer, a waiver of all refunds or a fixed liability cap.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will communicate the impact and available options. Such an event does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

10Updates & resolving concerns

Future revisions will be identified on this page. The terms agreed for an existing purchase are not replaced merely because this page changes. Where consent or notice is legally required for a change, that requirement will be respected.
